Happy Monday friends!
Did you watch the Super Bowl yesterday? I was SO excited to watch it. I lived in Indianapolis for four years before I moved out to Washington with J. and I was SO proud of the city! I used to work in an office building downtown, on the circle, and lived about a mile from the center of downtown. I have loved following all of my friends on Facebook and Twitter this past week and seeing all the fun things they were doing during Super Bowl week. I was also SLIGHTLY jealous that I wasn't there to join in the fun.
We watched the game with most of our squadron at a friends house. We had good company, good food and good entertainment. What more could we ask for?
What was your favorite commercial? What did you think of the halftime show? I personally loved it! It was definitely a bit weird at times but overall, I think Madonna rocked it! I also missed the "middle finger malfunction" by M.I.A. Did anyone catch it?

On the Today Show Al Rocker said the city did an awesome job hosting it!
ReplyDeleteI liked the halftime show, especially the surface on the field that had all the graphics. Really cool! I did not like the cartwheel Madonna did in the guy's crotch, though. That was just weird!
ReplyDeleteI was wishing I was in Indy, too. The city was already gearing up when I was there a few weeks ago. Sounds like they were great hosts!
